Our offices are open and scheduled closings are ongoing.
We continue to enforce enhanced sanitation procedures. We will be communicating with the parties to each transaction requesting that they restrict the number of people that attend a settlement to the absolute minimum required. Our pens used at settlement are being collected to be sanitized, or discarded after each person’s use. Contact your Foundation Title account representative or local branch for more information specific to your settlement.
