I had such a pleasurable experience with Nicole Cusick at your office. As an inexperienced seller Nicole was there every step of the way answering multiple questions from me and sympathizing with me over the endless ineptitude of the bank and its employees. Nicole was on every action necessary, finally retrieving documents I could not get from the bank. Thankfully we were able to close with very little delay and put my mother’s mind at ease.
